FOUR EXCITING NEW STALLS FOR JANUARY
We've found a fabulous artisan bread company, Natural Bread to join us as Forge House Bakery has left to pursue other avenues. Expect all natural sourdough bread loaves, rolls and baguettes, natural yeasted loaves, rolls, bagels and a selection of French viennoiserie. All is baked locally in its Botley bakery using locally milled flour from Shipton Mill and all crafted by hand. The samples were delicious!
If you like nata, Portuguese custard tarts, then you'll love the ones from Tuga Pastries. They are made daily and using local ingredients from the farmers markets. Its tarts have achieved food professional awards, from Great Taste award, Portuguese Competition - Best Nata in UK, Food Quality Awards where they were the winner competing against the big supermarkets.
On a farm near Banbury Honeymakers make award-winning honey from relatively small but rapidly expanding colony, currently managing 1000+ colonies of the finest Buckfast bees and NUCs (nuclei/ small bee colony). Its Cotswold range includes Summer, Raw, Creamed, Wildflower, Starflower and Cinnamon and Brandy honey.
