- Stock up on your spring beers from Earth Ale, our local artisanal microbrewery, specialising in foraged and natural ingredients. Check out their website earthale.com/ for more or DM them to reserve your mixed-6 packs and more for collection on Saturday. P.S. Keep an eye on an early bottle release so make sure to swing by their stand to be one of the first to try it!
- Natural Bread bakery team and the Managing Directors Michal and Klaudia are incredibly proud to have claimed this year’s Wholegrain loaf crown for their 100% Rye Sourdough with sunflower seeds. It's a hearty, flavour-packed loaf that's most deserving of the top spot and receiving the gold award. It suits traditional open-faced sandwiches perfectly, typically featuring butter and topped with various cold cuts, fish, cheese, spreads, and garnishes. Toasting it also opens up another level of flavour and delicious 'nuttiness'.
- Fresh hogget will be available as joints and other cuts plus BBQ favourites along at the at Fenemore Farms stall, alongside its farm honey.
- The Grimsby Fish van will have swordfish, tuna, crab, hot smoked salmon, cod, haddock, plaice, salmon, sea bass, King prawns, smoked haddock, scallops, fish pie mix, smoked mackerel and smoked salmon kippers.
- North Aston Farms will be bringing a fresh batch of its handmade ice creams, including classics like vanilla and chocolate, the ever-popular salted honey, and a special seasonal flavour nettle & ginger, made with nettles freshly foraged from the farm. Also, a limited selection of fresh beef offal: liver, tail, heart, kidneys, cheeks, tongue, and onglet will be available - perfect for nose-to-tail enthusiasts. As always, you’ll find a full range of dairy (milk, cream, yoghurt, butter, cheese) and frozen beef at the stall too. Come early for the best pick!
